Do you offer a guarantee?
Absolutely! A 100% satisfaction is always guaranteed here at Panda Promos! If you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us right away for a refund or replacements.
Is a minimum quantity required for custom orders?
No, we don’t have a minimum for custom pin orders. Any quantity will do.
How can I get a quote?
Simply submit your design and let us know the quantity and our professional team will give you our best offer.
What kind of artwork format do you accept?
Vector files in AI and CDR format work perfect. If don’t have a vector file, JPG, PNG or PSD files are also accepted.
Can I see what my product will look like before ordering?
Of course! We will send a digital mockup for you to approve before the order goes into production.
I am still not sure. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes, we also offer pre-production samples. Just make sure to allow enough time for sampling, normally 7-10 workdays.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Normally, the productionlead time is 10-15 workdays depending on your design and the pin style you choose. And shipping takes another 1-5 workdays.
What payment options do you offer?
PayPal and wire transfer are both acceptable.
